MUST call 574-1720 before registering

Signed and completed Registration forms MUST be returned within 5 days of online registration in order to be processed and to assure your child a place on a team. Child cannot be placed on a team until signed Player Registration Form is returned.

After teams are formed (July 15th), late registrations will be accepted only if space is available on teams. Note: U5 (4 year olds) registration is closed; please call 574-1720 to be placed on a waiting list.

 Completing Online Registration:
1. Enter information online.
2. Print 2 copies of completed registration form and sign both copies.
3  Write in any information that did not print. 
4. Include copy of birth certificate if new player.
5. Make check/money order payable to AYSO Region 132 
        OR pay online using credit card--Visa or MasterCard accepted
6. To complete registration:
          Mail signed registration form within 5 days to
              AYSO Region 132
              9 Terrell St.
              Spartanburg, SC 29301
          
Registration Fee for the fall season is $75.00 per player.

 Registration fee includes complete uniform (jersey, shorts, socks), Soccer Accident Insurance, photos (team and individual photo), participation pins, field usage fee. 

Volunteers: AYSO is an all volunteer organization. All coaches and referees are volunteers. Training clinics are provided free of charge. Coach and Referee volunteers will determine how many teams we can successfully have this season. Other volunteers are also needed for each team. Please indicate on the registration form how you will be willing to help/volunteer.

DINOMITES -- U5 program -- MUST be 4 by July 31, 2010
Parent/Child program--one parent will be expected to participate in each session.
Program is limited to first 24 players--boys and girls
